Thomas, Shotah and Nero of high level moving company helped us move today from our apartment to our new home and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely efficient. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work, handling all of my belongings with great care and attention. I was especially impressed with how organized they were—everything was packed securely, loaded strategically, and delivered without any damage.

Moving can be stressful, but the crew made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. They were polite, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. I recently had the pleasure of working with George and Julian, and I can confidently say they are two of the best movers I’ve ever hired. They made what could have been a stressful moving day smooth and completely hassle-free.

From the moment they arrived, George and Julian were professional, focused, and extremely efficient. They carefully wrapped every item, took apart larger furniture pieces with ease, and reassembled everything perfectly at the new location. Not only did they handle everything with great care, but they also worked quickly without ever compromising on quality.

Their attention to detail and clear communication were impressive. You could tell they truly cared about doing the job right and treating my belongings with respect. Thanks to them, the move went off without a hitch.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1100

I needed to find a mover with storage, on short notice. Not many movers were available. When I called the Co, I spoke with a gentleman who I specifically informed that I wanted the price for the move and two months storage as my daughter would be moving out upon returning to school in late August. Everything was verbal - which is unusual as most Co provide an email quote for approval. When the movers showed up at my daughter’s condo, she paid the agreed upon amount and she also confirmed that it was for the move out and two month’s storage inclusive. I can only assume it was the same gentleman that I spoke with in the phone because he had a Russian accent. I received a call in Aug demanding the storage payment for August. When I explained what both myself and my daughter were told, they said that we were wrong and that I was to pay $200 for August or get everything out. (A bed and 5 boxes.). Despite trying to explain what we were told, no one would listen. I was passed on to the gentleman that I spoke with originally and the confusion only increased. Sadly, when my daughter and I picked up her items (with another, very professional mover), her beautiful bed was significantly damaged. The new mover also told ins that they were treated very unprofessionally by the staff at the facility and that the staff were rude to them.

I have no idea where to begin. This was the most horrifying experience I've ever had and I have gone through Office moves. I even move to a different province with less stress.

Young inexperienced movers. They were very nice and polite but had no idea how to move furniture, we had to help with several items. No moving equipment like moving belts. They did have a dolly which wasn't much help getting things up and down the stairs.

They spent more time looking things over and scratching their heads wondering how to move items then they did actually moving them. That probably explains the extra 2 hours it took to move just beds, dressers and living room furniture. Thankfully, we had already moved all the boxes and smaller items ourselves. I can't even imagine how long it would have taken them if we had not done that.

I had to remind them several times to wrap furniture with blankets and NOT put packing tape on wood.

They broke a piece of glass on a cabinet. I sent them an email with pictures as instructed, they said I would hear back in two weeks..It's been 3 months with no response. I have followed up with several emails that have gone unanswered. I called and the person that answers the phone is only able to book moves, she can't provide any information to reach anyone else within the company.

Sounds pretty shady to me. Wish I had known that before booking.

I'm so glad I came across and hire this Moving company.

I had very tricky situation with my closing dates.

And High Level Movers helped me to solve it. Kristina was super helpful over the phone, after I got all the information I had no doubt about booking them.

They not just moved me, they also provide me with the storage.

As I had to wait almost a month for my new house.

It was look so stressful in the beginning , I didn't know how to manage all that.

It was the best company I’ve ever used. It’s not a first time when I’m using that company and every time I like them more. I asked for estimate my house before moving because I needed a packing service and I didn’t know how many boxes and supplies i was needed. Kevin was super helpful and professional, he helped me with all my questions.

At my moving day, 3 guys were at my place 10 minutes before. They were prepared with all supplies, tools and packing materials. I couldn’t stay with them because I had some situation at work and I lived them alone.

When I came back home I was surprised, everything was packed and loaded. All furniture was already in the truck. It was super fast.

At the delivery location the guys placed and assemble all my furniture.

I really happy with the servise and recomend them to all my friends .

Professional and great service! I recently moved from one part of the city to another and I used High Level Movers' services to help me with that. They showed up on time and they were very fast and diligent with their work. They wrapped all the furniture neatly and they unpacked it as well. No damages at all, just like they promised. I am very happy that I used this company for my move and will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. Outstanding services!!

Had terrible experience booking through an ad found on kijiji. Within 20-30 minutes of calling this company their professional manner put me at ease. Same Day service, the agent took my information explain tems. She called back promptly after a missed call. Then the Movers called, introduced themself to let me know their in traffic and assured me they are on their way. ( Jacky & Dior) they showed up contract in hand and were very polite. They assessed the items and went over the contract. Dont ever judge anyone on their built, these guys are fast, careful and fast. ( yes I said it twice). They made my very stressful day stressfree. They needed nothing just instructions. I would recommend them anyday and if in future needs be I will again. The place and the options available are not limited. Thanks again guys!

Kevin Vova was our mover. He was cordial, on time, fast, saved us a lot of money and was very careful and respectful. My wife and I have used a lot of moving companies over the years and believe me, these guys are not only the best value out there, you can trust them. High Level Movers moved our stuff out to storage for the reno (sorry--don't have the names of the first crew) and then Kevin and his helper moved our stuff back. Both were awesome. They're the only company I'll call next time I have to use movers.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $305

The movers were great and worked fast. I was happy with them especially Karim. But not so happy with management. Eugene and Kevin. My vacuum cleaner disappearred. Never made to the apt. Nor is it left behind in the storage room. I called Kevin and then Eugene who basically told metough luck. We don't have it. I replied that I saw one of the movers (Max) loading it in the truck. So if it's not my apt and in the storage room , it must be left in the truck. But again management said too bad we don't have it. I asked what I could do in term of option , Eugene said I could fill out a form , he will send it to his insurance but it will be a waste of time. Because I don't have it he said. I know it's only a vacuum cleaner but still as a matter of principle it was not handled right. I didn't even get an apology. And I know it's not in my apt so it's in the darn truck. Where else? Too bad I only realize it was missing a few days later when I was beginning to settle in my new apt. So the morale of the story is check your belongings before the truck leaves. Because after that management will deny any wrong doing and won't take any responsibility.

Called 3 companies via google and needed same day assistance moving few heavy pieces of equipment.
Eugene was busy but nearby and unlike other 2 companies was willing to assess. He came within 1/2 hour and finished move within hour.WOW Very pleasant and fast but was respectful of both houses and made sure to assess best choices to avoid causing any damage.

The movers were unprofessional, late, and rushed. They didn't arrive with necessary materials such as mattress and furniture plastic wrap to protect my belongings during transport. Because they were late there was no time to return to get more and they convinced me everything would be fine with the blankets and little supplies they DID have. They spoke in a foreign language the whole time which added some alienation to the mix. All of my stuff is destroyed or damaged from their carelessness. I have put in several calls and emails for compensation, to which most are ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their customer service wobbles between non-existent and downright rude.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!!
I used this company to move my stuffs from downtown Toronto to storage in Markham. The two guys who were unable to speak english showed up one and half hour late and took break every 15 minutes to smoke. Today when I opened my storage, I witnessed my marble table is broken and unable to use and its just a trash now. My dressers were scratched badly and I now see a big hole behind my dresser. I made a BIG MISTAKE that called them for the move. AVOID them !!

I just moved with High Level Movers yesterday and the experience was completely satisfying. The crew, consisting of the chief, Tibor, and helpers Denes and Igor, arrived before the scheduled time and got to work immediately. Tibor explained the conditions of the contract, it was all on paper, and there was no unexpected change from what I discussed on the phone with Eugene. As stated, the men got to work right away and they had a plan to fill the truck all the while taking care with my belongings, be it furniture, kitchenware, paintings, books, etc. We are all familiar with companies that boast about "caring" for your stuff and then throwing things around. I can attest that NONE of this misbehavior happened from start to end as I was there the whole time. The guys really made the effort to move items carefully. There was no stopping for breaks, no idle chatter, no fooling around.. it was just straight work from beginning to end. If you are planning a move, this is the company I would recommend and this is the crew I would request. I cringe at the thought of moves, but Tibor, Denes, and Igor were complete professionals. I could not have asked for a better, more painless, operation. And no, I am not an employee of the company, nor am I a relative of the company "planting" a false review. Use them for a positive experience and good luck with your move. A firm 5 star experience.

I have had very difficult few days due to selling my condo and buying a house and having to close both on the same day.
Oto and Igos have made day a lot better.
Very professional, experienced, mindful and fast.
I can’t believe how quickly and safely they moved my stuff.
Most hardworking and cooperative people that I ever met.
I will always recommend High Level movers to everyone and I will always ask for Oto and Igos.

I had very hard time to find good moving company. I found about 10 - 15 to choose from.I red several horror stories about moving experiences from different people. Finally I took a risk and I picked up High Level Movers. I thing this was a best choice what I did.
They came right on the time and started to work right a way, Two guys from Azerbaijan (Babak Isakov and Mardan Aghayev) worked very hard and professional,, they did not even take break . They finished they work in amazing 5 hours without damaging anything. Most hardworking and cooperative people that I ever met. If you good moving company don't look any further this is the right company,.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $610

We had two people show up for a "manpower job": unloading a uhaul, and move a piano. The two gentlemen were pleasant to work with, and they worked hard -- although they did smoke around our stuff.

When it comes to moving pianos, these people are definitely not experts. I have worked with professional piano movers. They have equipment. The company claimed they had a piano dolly, but they had neither the skill or know-how to move the piano upstairs. With the *correct* equipment, this can be done by a *single* mid-sized person.

Okay, fine, they're not going to do it. So they charged $180 to place the piano in the downstairs lobby. (I could have managed this with my wife.) No discount. No refund.

Then, in what can only be described as a money grubbing twist, the manager said they'd charge us an *ADDITIONAL* $340 to attempt to get the piano up the stairs.

Everyone wants to make money, and that's fine. But if you're going to charge money, you should AT LEAST know what you're doing. For $180 per move, you can afford a powered dolly that works on stairs.

I have worked with professional piano movers -- the type of people who service piano stores. Our job was not hard. High Level Movers were perfectly willing to take my money, but they did not have the expertise for the job, and it seems to me that they don't even know that they don't know.

Use this company at your own risk. Hold onto your wallet. Caveat Emptor.
